The thing that bothered me the most about this question is you saying your smile is kinda one sided which can be a sign of a stroke. The side of your face that doesn't smile...is it numb? Do you feel that side of your face is sagging or drooping more? I would go see a GP ASAP just in case you did experience a stroke and were unaware of it. Which sometimes happens.

Stress is definitely a reason why you could be experiencing twitching, especially if you are having poor sleep or interrupted sleep. Try to rest better at night, sleep can work wonders for you.
Just in case, you should get checked with your doctor to see that you do not have any nerve damage and to check of any signs of a stroke. It is better to be safe than sorry.
