How can I take care of my eyes if i'm always in the computer?My work is in the computer and i spend almost all the time facing the computer. How can I protect my eyes from the computer radiation and eye strain? Will this make my eyes blurry after many years? I want to protect my vision.

buy some computer glasses you can get them cheap at wal-mart for like $ 6. and your computer does not give off radiation,it has no radioactive material in it. the glasses with help keep your eyes from hurting or blurring with extended time on the computer

One good and very simple exercise is, every 15min or so, look away from the computer and focus on a small object on the other side of the room (or a few metres away) for 30 seconds or so. This helps counteract eye strain.

you need to blink alot when you are at the computer you dont blink as much which dries out your eyes and makes them sore and you sleepy.. You can buy eye drops @ the chemist to to lubricate your eyes. As for eye strain take 5 seconds @ random intervals in the day to do some eye exercises you know look left look right look up look down etc
