UK Road safety question?

UK Road safety question?I work in East Sussex and have to make regular calls on a small factory unit one one of the main 'A' roads that has a 60mph limit. When I exit the property, I usually turn right into this 'A' road but the problem is that there is a blind bend both to the left and the right. Despite being ultra cautious and having both left and right windows open to hear oncoming traffic. even with a clear view on both sides, exiting is a game of roulette as traffic is constantly exiting both blinds bends, usually at the legal speed limit, and an incident is always likely. MY question is if they hit me, despite my efforts to exit entirely safely, who would be to blame and could there be any suggestion of driving without due care? Obviously, I have to leave the property and join the main road but my contention is that all traffic coming from the blind bends should be driving safely and at a speed commensurate with their field of vision i.e. prepared to stop in the event of an obstacle being 'just around the corner'. Appreciate your views here, particularly any police officers! Cheers

In the unfortunate event you were involved in a rta god forbid it never happens, with modern police accident investigations they can work out who was doing what speed and if the rta was avoidable and thus wether you were at fault

Go left if it is safer and find a legal U turn, surely that is better than an accident, it may not matter "who is to blame" if it is a bad accident
