My pupils constantly dilate and contract?A month ago I started having dizzy spells and double vision. I went to the ER who ruled out anything serious. I followed up with my family doctor who thought it maybe related to fluid on my ears. He gave me medicine to clear it up but after I still had the same problem. I saw an urgent care doctor at the eye institute who saw that my nerves in my left eye were not working properly. He scheduled an MRI and sent me to a neuro eye doctor. My MRI was fine. By the time I saw him, my symptoms were going away. He said it was probably a virus in my eye and I should have no more problems. My vision was fine for a week. Now my eyes constantly dilate and get small over and over with no change to the lighting. It doesn't cause pain but is uncomfortable especially in well lit areas and makes me slightly sick to my stomach. Does anyone know what would cause pupils to constantly dilate and contract with no change in lighting?

I'm unsure of the cause of your problem but I do know you need to see the neuro-ophthalmologist again.
