Finger Twitching

My weird twitchy finger thing. It came on suddenly. Continued for 48 hours straight, then just stopped. What in the world?? (*After a super-fun MRI and EEG, the neurologist determined that these muscular fasciculations were most likely a result of a calcium or Vitamin D defiency, stress, or fatigue.)
