My Estate : Cocoa Cabana
this is my estate... inwhich, i named Cocoa Cabana since it's located in Cocoa, Florida 32922. it's a 1920 Craftsman Bungalow...4 bedroom, 3 bath, living room, dining room, pantry, office, utility room, a mud/laundry room & kitchen with a 3 car garage with a studio apartment above the garage. My plans are to build a deck above the 2 car part above the garage with a wrap-a-round bench/railing for entertaining. in the main house i'd like to turn one bed room into a theater room & possibly another into a library/sitting room. currently, i have a billiard room above the garage in the studio...on the west side of the property i'd like to have long driveway ( lined with statues...lol ) wrapping around the back half of the house & install a huge garage door facing the back yard & block off the 2 other doors...use my 1 car garage as my workshop & fence off the east side of the property for privacy. i purchased this property in may of 2007 for 200. it was a cash sale, due to it being vacate for 3 years before i bought it & needing updating. i didn't care it had so much potential i thought for the money...figured i had a lifetime to fix her up the way i vision her...lol .....my early retirement present to myself : )
