vision 180 plants - help?im looking to add plants to my vision 180 could anyone advise me as to what would look good in the tank and would be easy to take care of?

Oh, you have so many options. But, you said easy and by that you probably don't want to prune your tank and stuff. So you may want to start out with sword plants or any species of anubias. You can try cryptocoryne plants all of which will do fine with the equipment that already comes with your tank. It also depends on what type of fish you intend of keeping.
