20/70? vs 20/40 Vision Question?I am filling in insurance forms for vision care so that I can be reimbursed for contacts...One question asks, "Can visual acuity be restored to 20/70? 20/40?"
I don't know which one of these to check. My vision can be restored to 20/20 with contacts though

Looks like you would put yes to both 20/70 and 20/40

Read the form correctly.
That part is usually just if the lenses are a medical necessity , (when glasses can't correct your visual problem)
That part would be for your Dr. to fill out if it was necessary. The average person isn't expected to know their visual acuity.
