Can my eye sight regenerate its vision?I have been using the PC for a couple of years and never cared much about my vision, now my vision is poor when I look far, I use glasses some time but not always, I am wondering; is it possible to regenerate my vision without medical care/surgery?
For example if I quit using my PC or just lowered my time on it.
Or methods I can use to regenerate my eye site to 20/20.
Thanks!

You should really check out some websites which help you improve vision naturally -- it is entirely possible, and seeing that you are still young, it would probably work faster than most.
I've put a great website in the resource box for you to check out with this type of info. And yes, it really does work.
Natural vision correction was discovered in the early 1900s by Dr. William Bates. It has been somewhat "suppressed" because if EVERYONE knew about it, then lens makers, frame makers, etc. would be out of business.
Check it out, as there is a great program with rave reviews called "Vision Without Glasses" you can get there.
