Do contact lenses for astigmatism also take care for near sight vision?I was thinking of getting acuvue advanced because i have an astigmatism and im also nearsighted. I was just wondering if these contacts are ok to take care of them both. My vision isn't that good its kind of high, but i really wanna try contacts out. thanks.

They are separate issues. Contacts are made that can handle both problems.

I am very near-sighted and also have mild astigmatism, and I wear contacts that take care of both. Not sure what brand they are, but they do make them for both.
And contacts are amazing! Definitely go for it!

Contacts can correct nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. I wear a contact lens in my left eye to correct astigmatism.
Go for the contact lenses, they are so much better than eyeglasses.
