What is your vision of perfect gay hotel (what kind of facilities, services offered,etc)?I need to develop a new product for a hotel considering the gay sociate, and I need some fresh ideas..please help?!

I would like to see a hotel that would offer pet sitting services either in the room or a pet service under contract to the hotel.

It would have to have a gym, a nude swimming pool, a gay sex shop, all rooms only have king size beds and a sauna !!!! HEAVEN !!!!!
