I take my levoxyl religously,I take it at exactly 6am every morning with a full glass of water, then I wait at least 1hour before I have my breakfest.I last had a scan a little over a yr ago,and I took the thyrogen injections at that time. But that was Jan.2008.And I haven't been sick I exercise regularly and eat very healthy

Thyroid cancer would not cause your TSH to go up - TSH is produced by the pituitary gland just under the brain. So that leaves 4 possibilities:
1) there was some reason why you didn't take your medication as usual - maybe you missed some and started taking it again before your blood test, or maybe you have been ill recently and not absorbing it.
2) The pituitary is releasing too much TSH
3) there is something wrong with the TSH or T4 result.
4) did you recently have a test where you have to stop medication for a while and then then have a radioactive drink (radioiodine) and then they do a thyroid scan? If you've had that done, they make the TSH get really high for the scan and it takes a while to come back down.

I will assume you are now without your thyroid gland.
I hpoe you did not have RAI (radioactive iodine) as well.
What I can only assume that is going on with you now is that you may have something called T.E.D. (Thyroid Eye Disease). And it also appears you are hypOthyroid. Your Free T4 being so high, means that the synthetic T4 drug you are taking is not doing it's job and remaining in your bloodstream rther than getting into your cells/tissue.

The best thing you can possibly do for yourself is to give your body back all the thyroid hormones. Because even tho your thyroid is now gone, your body will still require all the thyroid hormones in order to function and survive. Levoxyl (a synthetic T4 drug) only contains a man made version of T4, and does not in any way contain "all" the thyroid hormones. It's also the WRONG thyroid med to give a thyroidless human being. T4 is supposed to convert to T3, in part, in the thyroid, and you don't have a thyroid! Natural thyroid (Armour, Naturethroid, Westhroid, etc) does contain all the thyroid hormones and can basically be considered a thyroid gland in a pill. That is what I take and I am also without a thyroid (since 1990).

There is an excellent support group online for thyroidless people:

And this is a sit where you can learn all about thyroid things:

Also, cancer and Graves disease are rock solid evidence of iodine deficiency. So please check out these sites:

I hope this helps
