So, you need to revolve your whole career around $ 150 pair of glasses? A vision plan to begin with is kind of a joke. Just get a job anywhere and negotiate with the people at the store and they'll lower the price of the glasses.
The point is I wouldn't base your job on what kind of vision plan they have as that's probably the least important feature of a job.
